JCA worked with nearly 20 communities across six (6) counties to assist in compliance with affordable housing obligations. All but two (2) of those communities have received a judgement of compliance and repose along with protection from builder’s remedy lawsuits until 2025. We have completed annual monitoring and mid-term reviews for over a dozen communities and continue to offer assistance in project development to meet obligations.
JCA is currently assisting numerous communities as we navigate new Round 4 legislation. Notably, we are organizing meetings with stakeholders and municipal officials ahead of scheduled deadlines in order to be proactive in our approach.
